Women In Film Los Angeles Just Announced Their Honorees For 2022
On October 27th, WIF (Women in Film) will continue their “Forging Forward” message by celebrating women whose work has made an impact through their art and creativity. Held at the Beverly Hilton, the award show will honor the women who dedicate their lives to making a difference through hard work and using their platforms to inspire others in the film industry. Founded in 1973, WIF is held annually and also supports educational and philanthropic programs that include advocacy for gender equality throughout the industry.
This year the award recipients include:
The Crystal Award for Advocacy presented to:
- QUINTA BRUNSON for “Abbott Elementary” (in conversation with SHERYL LEE RALPH)
- GINA PRINCE-BYTHEWOOD for “The Woman King” (presented by VIOLA DAVIS)
- KATIE SILBERMAN and OLIVIA WILDE in conversation about “Don’t Worry Darling”
