Gap President and CEO Richard Dickson will be honored at this year’s Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation Ball.

This year’s Elizabeth Taylor Commitment to End AIDS Award will be given to Gap President and CEO Richard Dickson at the fifth annual Elizabeth Taylor Ball to End AIDS Ball being held at The Beverly Hills Hotel on September 26th. Richard Dickson has been a longtime supporter of those affected by HIV and AIDS, in particularly through the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation.

The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation ETAF promises to be a night of fulfillment for all those involved and will be hosted by Model, actress, and author Dominique Jackson which will include an exclusive dinner, a live auction by Christie’s and highlights and memories from Elizabeth Taylor’s life, career, and philanthropy over the years. The event will also be sponsored by Gilead Sciences, a biopharmaceutical company.

Since the 1980s, Elizabeth Taylor started The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation (ETAF) and in 1991 she promised to commit her life to an AIDS-free world, through her tireless work helping those in need.
