Solé Basaldua is one of those admirable people who doesn’t let obstacles get in the way of her success. In fact, things that we might label as obstacles, she sees as opportunities. The pandemic for most of us put the brakes on the forward motion of our work lives but Solé saw it as a chance to make better choices and to stay healthy. Of course, health and fitness and dance are a huge part of her personal and professional life so she naturally thought along those lines when the pandemic closed most gyms and dance studios for many months and in a lot of cases, over a year.

This one-time Argentinean National Team member who was selected for the Olympics changed her way of living during that uncertain time. That is, she adapted to everything being online, and not face to face and that included auditions. She also modified her teaching and coaching classes to fit smoothly online in order to accommodate her students. She considers herself very fortunate to be in the dance and fitness industry.

Solé first got into gymnastics when she was six years old. When she was older she joined the Argentinean National Team. When she discovered her passion for music, she transitioned into musical theatre where she performed everything from jazz, ballet and commercial dancing. She moved to Spain and went to Dance school there and then she finished her advanced training in Los Angeles where she signed with an agency. An Australian company called The Jungle Body invited Sole to be their USA Ambassador and that’s when her fitness phase began in earnest.

Things started moving rapidly for Solé around that time. She was cast as one of the lead roles for the hot selling Beachbody program called LIIIFT4 and then she became a coach for Beachbody, which she continues to do to this day. She also became a head trainer for F45 Hollywood, which is a home gym to people such as Mark Wahlberg. F45 is a functional training program and it is one of the fastest selling franchises in the world. To top things off, she just created her VERY OWN PROGRAM (CARDIO FUSION BY SOLÉ) with the multimillion dollar company co-founded by Kate Hudson, FABLETICS.

Solé was selected as one of the first elite trainers to create their new online worldwide platform, FABLETICS FIT. Solé has had great success in the Pandemic year and she is very grateful for each step along the way, especially for LIIft4 and Fabletics. She also can never forget choreographing and opening one of the biggest music festivals in the world, alongside actor and artist James Maslow, at the iHeart Radio Music festival in Las Vegas. She also had lead roles dancing in music videos for Tyga and Santana “Mamacita” and “So done” for Alicia Keys, which was a dream come true for her.
