The Beverly Hilton Hosts ‘Big Fighters, Big Cause’ Charity Boxing Night

On May 22nd, some of the biggest names in entertainment and sports came out to celebrate ‘Big Fighters, Big Cause’ for Sugar Ray Leonard’s annual Charity Boxing Night. Already in it’s 10th year, this amazing event held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, helps to raise money for the Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation -and their passion to fund research for pediatric type 1 and 2 diabetes -while at the same time, helping children become aware of diet and exercise by living healthier lives.

The nights fighters included LA’s own Rudy Garcia and Kansas city’s Rafael ‘El Alikin’ Gramajo who didn’t disappoint the crowd and the 2019 Golden Glove Award -which was given to diabetes ambassador and T1D champion Eric Tozer -who represents an enlightening side of staying healthy and using his platform to teach others the importance of healthy living.

Some of the other guests included; Sugar Ray Leonard, Bill Bellamy (who hosted the show), Smokey Robinson, Cindy Crawford and Randy Gerber, Eddie Murphy, Jimmy Jam, Pia Toscano (who performed a show stopping national anthem) as well as many other guests.
