Shelea Releases The Inspirational Song ‘You Are Enough’

R&B/Soul singer Shelea (Frazier) released the beautiful and inspirational song ‘You Are Enough’, today, which she wrote and produced alongside Steve Octave. The song which embraces self love, is a wonderful gift for those facing challenges and struggles within themselves or a feeling of never feeling good enough. Just in time for Mental Health Awareness month, ‘You Are Enough’, has already earned the hashtag #youareenoughchallenge among Shelea’s loyal social media fan base (The Shay Babes), whom she encourages to post their own versions of.

True to the artistry of what Shelea stands for, this song has an old school vibe reminiscent of a Musiq Soulchild song -taking us to a dreamy place, where we can forget about our troubles at least for a while. Discovered by Quincy Jones as well as her work with Stevie Wonder, Shelea is finally receiving the recognition she deserves, which is among the greats like Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Mariah Carey and Patti Labelle to name a few. Not only is she an exceptionally talented singer, she is also a producer, writer and a pretty incredible piano player, all at the same time.

Most recently Shelea portrayed the character of Dorinda Clark Cole in the highly acclaimed Lifetime Television movie ‘The Clark Sisters: First Ladies of Gospel’ which earned her performance rave reviews. This is just the beginning of a long and successful career for this down to earth and kind-hearted girl from Bakersfield, California who had a dream to inspire the world through music!
