It was a pleasure meeting one of Australia’s most beloved families ‘The Irwins’ -Terri, Bindi and Robert who are proud to keep the legacy of (the late) Steve Irwin alive. On May 3rd The Paley Center For Media held a special evening with the Irwins to talk about their work and TV series Crikey! It’s The Irwins -which has already reached over 36.2 million viewers.
On top of their highly successful TV show on Animal Planet, the Irwin family are also planning on opening a camping ‘glamping’ package at Australia Zoo for visitors wanting to experience being up close with some of Australia’s most amazing animals. The zoo which first opened 50 years ago has continued to be a huge attraction for visitors all around the world and houses such animals as koalas, kangaroos, wombats, emus, echidnas and of course, crocodiles.
It is incredible the amount of work this family does to help preserve our wild life and planet, which they continue to raise money for, at whatever chance they get.
