“You have only one life, so, Just Do It!” Great advice from actor Christopher Capito. And that’s exactly what the actor from Ecuador did, he just did it! He realized early on his life, at age 7, after being cast in a commercial, that acting was the life he wanted. After he got that real taste of the entertainment industry he continued on and entered the world of theater in his home town. There was no stopping him once the applause began and once he discovered he loved being different characters on stage and in front of the camera.

As soon as he was old enough Christopher packed his bags, flew to the United States and immersed himself in all things acting at the New York Film Academy. He received his Bachelor’s degree and immediately jumped in with both feet and began acting in short films. In a very brief period of time he performed in over ten films that were highly praised and received great reviews. The film Treintanera was nominated for numerous awards and was selected to be showcased at Cannes and Sundance Film Festivals. Rotten grapes was another attention getting short that won the “Best Ensemble Performance” award, which included Christopher, of course.

Milk Fang was a popular movie that was shown at ten film festivals. Christopher was also featured on the TV shows Deadly Sins and Those Who Can’t, both of which have received kudos from audiences and critics alike. Christopher is a main character in the upcoming Netflix show Life in Heels, in which he will perform alongside of the Latino star Adriana Gallardo. Life in Heels will be shown on Netflix in 2021. Those Who Can’t was showcased on truTV. The film Your Iron Lady, in which Christopher plays Miguel, has been pre-selected for Golden Globes competition. Christopher recently played the character Manuel in the short film Liger, which is in post-production, and A Giant Without a Head, which was completed in 2020.

Christopher has several projects lined up for 2021 but he can only tell us that they are movies. He is very much looking forward to the premiere of Life in Heels on Netflix as this is his first time being associated with this huge production studio. In only four short years, Christopher has earned a reputation for being a true professional and a fine actor. All he did was to just go out and do it.
