Let's admit it, for those of us who were lucky enough to witness the original Baywatch series phenomenon from 1989 to 2001, it was a treat. Each week, we would be hanging by a thread to watch our favorite beach show and characters as they made us green with envy with their perfect physiques and beach fashion, while solving a swimming or beach related drama or mystery. From David Hasselhoff, Pamela Anderson, David Charvet, Nicole Eggert and Carmen Electra, we were all hooked and couldn’t get enough of this fun series.

Unfortunately, after 11 seasons, the show ended but now fans are being treated to a 4-part Hulu documentary series entitled “After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun” which will air on August 28. The docuseries will include never aired footage of Pamela Anderson, in-depth interviews with 35 cast members about their time on the show and what really happened, as well as their lives after Baywatch.

The Hulu series, which is directed by Matthew Felker, produced by Nicole Eggert (who is bravely battling breast cancer), Muriel Pearson and Ari Shofet will give a deeper look into the cast of Baywatch and as Nicole Eggert quotes “This is a chance for people to reveal their own journey in their own words”.

Be sure to tune in to Hulu on August 28th to watch “After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun”.
