Brooke Burke Holds Operation Smile Malibu Family Fest at Her Residence This Past Weekend
TV Personality and Philanthropist Brooke Burke opened her heart and residence to guests this past weekend for the Operation Smile Malibu Family Fest presented by Barefoot Dreams and Alpha Pals. The event which raises awareness and funds for children born with clefts, who face social challenges, highlighted the incredible work of Operation Smile.
The foundation has helped thousands of children over the years, to be able to smile again through their amazing programs that provide medical help for children whose families face financial setbacks and hardships. Billy Bush hosted the event which included guests like Evan Ross, Macy Gray, Amber Rose, Carmit Bachar, and others — while Lydia Hearst was presented with the Universal Smile Award for her dedication to Operation Smile.
Macy Gray gave an amazing performance which included a rendition of Radiohead’s “Creep” as well as her hit song “I Try”, which was a definite crowd pleaser!
Guests were also treated to a touching speech by Brooke Burke who shared her own personal experiences of helping families who are less fortunate, receive the care they needed. Her daughters Sierra Sky and Rain Charvet were also there to support her in the crowd.
Not only was the event a success, but it also inspired all of us who attended. to appreciate the work and dedication of such an amazing group of people.
