Actor and Producer Andres H Alcocer Heads into a Busy 2024
Andres H Alcocer is not only a talented actor hailing all the way from Mexico, but he also happens to be a skilled film producer to add to his already long list of credits. Throughout his career, he has featured in several campaigns including Tommy Hilfiger Mexico, Nylon Magazine for their highly successful “To the Authentic” campaign, as well as starring in Mexican actress Camila Sodi’s music video, and several other prominent commercials.
In 2016, Andres starred in and produced a web series called Entre Dos, based on the life of a Mexican couple who move to LA, and are forced to adjust to a new life and experience whether their relationship can survive the cutthroat and fast paced city of angels. Episode 1 of the series also starred Mexican soap opera star Jesus More from the prime-time television show El Senor De Los Cielos. Clasico was another short film Andres starred in, which was a finalist at the Oniros Film Festival for Best Actor, a semifinalist in Los Angeles Cine Fest and was also selected for the Roma Cinema Doc and Barcelona Planet Film Festival in 2017.
In addition, Andres acted in the short film “Alive” directed by Luis Iga which was submitted for several prestigious short film festivals. He also filmed the Mexican feature La Segunda Dama and Tito’s Peace of Heaven, which won two awards at the Hollywood International Moving Pictures Film Festival, for Best Drama Short. Andres was also part of “Breath of Life”, which was a finalist at the European cinematography awards.
